As the world is quickly evolving around us, we have decided to make our services digitally accessible to everyone with a computer, tablet or smart phone! The past year we have been working hard to offer our knowledge and expertise on a brand new platform called the ‘Fatigue Wellbeing Hub’.
The Hub opens up content gradually to encourage users to pace their learning and make lifestyle choices which can be realistically maintained over time. The video content is delivered by our experienced and qualified Health Practitioners and is complemented with factsheets and advice from the teams own lived experience. Through our environment, nutrition, the power of the mind, movement and relaxation we believe positive outcomes can be achieved along with a better understanding of how to manage fatigue related symptoms.
what is included in your subscription?
MONTH 1 – MONTH 3: Once you subscribe to the Fatigue Wellbeing Hub, you will begin your 90 day course. It is broken down into 13 different modules which will be released week by week. Each week you will receive an email notification when a module will be released and new content will be made available to you.
MONTH 4: NUTRITION –Once you have completed your 90 day course, we will begin to concentrate on specific topics. Month 4 will have a strong focus on Nutrition consisting of 5 virtual video sessions from one of our health practitioners discussing an overview of mealtime best practises.
You can expect to learn about what to include each mealtime i.e. protein, good facts, complex carbs etc.
We will give you demonstrations of different recipes to try for breakfast lunch and dinner.
This will be accompanied by an ideal weekly shopping list, store cupboard items and various meal plans.

These Pilates sessions are adapted to meet every individuals needs so you can benefit whether you are a beginner or slightly more experienced. Isaura guides us through different movements whilst focussing on breathing techniques and awareness exercises (imagery both literal and creative).
This will give you a greater understanding on how our minds work and the importance of a healthy mood. This is broken into 8 different sections made up of interesting content to read and different exercises to complete. This will also include optional worksheets to print out.
This corner consists of a range of interesting reads targeting different aspects of your life. You will find a mixture of books including self help guides, nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, recipes and different perspectives on how to maintain a positive life.
In this nine part video series Mel helps us to understand and recognise the possible impacts menopause and changing hormone levels can have on fatigue, general health and well-being. The series is relevant to all as it provides lots of insights into different ways menopause transition can affect women and their lives.
