We will be taking this opportunity to get outdoors, soak up some sun and fresh air and top up our Vitamin D levels.
Why not do the same and make the most of the longer days? There are some lovely relaxing activities to join in with in parks and open spaces, including Tai-Chi and Walking Meditation. If you’re not feeling up to something that active, a picnic in a quiet space surrounded by tranquil greenery can be enough to recharge your batteries and lift your mood. There are literally hundreds of parks and open spaces in Birmingham and Solihull.
