Summer Time

Here at Salus we will be taking a short break during August after the last of our Support Groups meetings of this term on Wednesday 9th August – Kings Heath Support Group: Managing Symptoms

We will be taking this opportunity to get outdoors, soak up some sun and fresh air and top up our Vitamin D levels.

Why not do the same and make the most of the longer days? There are some lovely relaxing activities to join in with in parks and open spaces, including Tai-Chi and Walking Meditation. If you’re not feeling up to something that active, a picnic in a quiet space surrounded by tranquil greenery can be enough to recharge your batteries and lift your mood. There are literally hundreds of parks and open spaces in Birmingham and Solihull.

Check out our webpage on Free Outdoor Activities.

Our usual timetable of workshops and support groups will resume in September so please keep looking at our website, facebook and twitter pages for details and have a great summer!
