We spend up to one-third of our lives asleep but the increasing usage of Mobile phones, computers, the internet, street lighting all threaten to disrupt the circadian rhythms of our bodies. Sleep is essential for overall health and Sleep deprivation can raise your risk of diabetes, weight gain, depression and exacerbate fatigue condition symptoms.
Join us at the Solihull Support Group meeting on Wednesday 18th October, where we will be exploring strategies to help ensure a good night’s rest and change the foods, habits and environments that can prevent you from sleeping properly.
We’ll be meeting from 11am to 1pm.
