Sleep. Everyone does it, but many of us don’t do it very well. Sleep is essential to our health and quality of life. It plays a significant role in weight control, hormone balance, mental state and enables the body and mind to heal and repair – all of which can be disrupted by poor quality or insufficient quantity of sleep.
