Salus Fatigue Foundation are delighted to announce the extension of our support and education services to make positive change to people affected by ME/CFS in North Yorkshire.

Drawing on our national contacts and expertise in delivering workshops, support groups, educational classes and special events, a regional Salus group will be established in York, responding to the need of local people with ME/CFS and other related chronic conditions for a support network in their area.

“I’m delighted that the vision I had ten years ago to help people in the West Midlands is now reaching as far as York.’ Said Linda Jones, CEO of the Salus Fatigue Foundation. ‘Combined with a passionate committed team with their own lived experiences of CFS, they have helped to make this happen. The National Lottery also believed in the Salus vision and have supported us through investment for 9 years. We are extremely grateful to Change Lives!”

With an inaugural launch of the new York Salus group on Thursday 20th September, the group will subsequently meet at Explore York Library, The Centre at Burnholme, Mossdale Avenue, York YO31 0HA on the third Thursday of each month.
