Our mission is to help you to improve the quality of your life through taking positive steps together. Self-nurturing is a great way to help you feel better about yourself and gain self-esteem. It also helps you relax and rejuvenate.
At September’s Sutton Support Group we will look at the various ways you can nourish yourself and attain an overall improved sense of well-being.
Our Support Groups are for people living with chronic fatigue and their friends, families and carers. No need to book – just turn up.
