New Course on Toxins

Small Charity Week 2018: 18th-23rd June
21st June 2018

Technological advances in modern life have led to many advantages but a side effect has been the increase in toxins in our environment. These toxins can trigger symptoms such as allergies, digestive disorders, mood swings, headaches amongst others.

Often we are surrounded by toxins such as hormone disruptors like BPA, processed foods filled with additives, pesticides, and preservatives, artificially produced fragrances, cosmetics full of sulphates, phthalates and parabens, and household chemical cleaning products.

Health Practitioner Kate Johnson’s brand new four-part course takes a look at the toxins you may have in your environment and how to reduce and eliminate them from your life.

The course starts Tuesday 12th June 11am-1pm at the Salus Sanctuary looking at Toxins On the Body.
