Managing Stress and Wellbeing – Wednesday 11th October

Fight or flight? The body reacts to stress, fear or anxiety by preparing the body for action – accelerated heart beat, tense muscles, quicker breathing, increased perspiration. But it also causes anxiety and can make people feel low, worried and unable to cope. If prolonged, this can weaken your immune system.

At Kings Heath Support Group on Wednesday 11th October, we look at strategies on how to identify the symptoms of stress, understand what is causing it and find ways to understand, manage or overcome it to achieve overall wellbeing.

We’ll be meeting from 11am to 1pm.

All are welcome – no need to book.
