How Can Salus Help Me?

Are you new to Salus?

First of all – we’re pleased you’ve found us! If you are living with CFS/ME or are family, friend or carer of someone who is, then you are welcome to try out any of the following options.

Come along to one of our Support Groups

support groups

This is our main way of providing support to you.

It is an opportunity to meet new friends and be with people who understand how you feel living with a fatigue condition or supporting someone who is. You can also find out more about what can Salus offer you.

We have four Support Groups in Sutton Coldfield, Kings Heath, Solihull and Harborne each of which meet once a month on a Wednesday. You are welcome to come to as few or as many as you would like.

There is no need to book – just drop in. Details are on our calendar.

Join our closed Facebook Group

We understand that you may not be well enough to attend a Support Group or it may be that you live too far away. You might also wish to keep in touch with each other in between groups. Our closed Facebook page allows people to give positive support and encouragement on a friendly and safe platform.

Follow this link to the Salus closed Facebook page. When you ask to join the group you will receive a message request from one of our admin. This is to keep the group safe and confidential for all.
