Health practitioner Michelle Townsend returns on Wednesday 14th March 11am – 1pm at the Salus Sanctuary with a new 5 part Harmony, Life, Balance course looking at learning how to communicate with the sub-conscious mind to help alter the way we think in order to bring about positive change.
