Stress causes physical changes in the body designed to help you take on threats or difficulties but prolonged stress can cause significant health problems and exacerbate the symptoms of chronic fatigue conditions.
Join Sally Abrol and Cath Fleming for another Facebook Live event at 12pm on Tuesday 12th February where they will be discussing how to identify the causes of stress and the strategies you can use to cope with stress in relation to fatigue related conditions including gentle exercise, meditation, mindfulness, rest, sleep, pacing and diet.
