Monthly Support Group in Sutton Coldfield.
Studies have shown that meditation has many beneficial effects including lowering blood pressure, heart rate, stress and anxiety whilst increasing feelings of well-being. In our hectic modern world, however, meditation can feel like a bit of a challenge. This month’s support group looks at different meditation techniques and how to incorporate them into your daily routine.
Please note, a minimum contribution of £3 towards room hire and overheads will be collected, unless this would be a barrier to an individual attending. This will enable us to continue to offer support activities. Please discuss with us if this causes difficulty.
