Creating Vision Boards
Christmas and New Year can leave us emotionally and physically depleted. It is important to recognise the opportunities a new year brings to restore energy levels, and get into good habits with sleep, symptom management and nutrition.
With this in mind, we will be looking at our intentions for the coming year in this month’s support groups. Sally will be guiding you through how to create a “vision board”, and we will share some of our ideas for starting the year in a positive and open way.
All are welcome.
We will be meeting in Room 1.
Please note, a minimum contribution of £3 towards room hire and overheads will be collected, unless this would be a barrier to an individual attending. This will enable us to continue to offer support activities. Please discuss with us if this causes difficulty.
