Our Harmony Life Balance sessions continue looking at how to communicate with your sub-conscious mind to help you change beliefs within your body with Anchors Away!!
The fourth of a six-part course from health practitioner Michelle Townsend. where the emphasis will be on Anchors and Placebos – releasing old anchors, creating new ones and working with the Placebo.
The sessions will continue once a month (usually on the third Wednesday of the month) at The Salus Sanctuary – until November (no session in August).
