Learn how to communicate with your sub-conscious mind to help you change beliefs within your body.
In the first session, Watch those Thoughts!, on Wednesday 17th May at 11am, Michelle will look at the difference between the conscious and sub-conscious mind. She will examine how the conscious mind can create habits and beliefs through repetitive thoughts and how this can affect the physical body. Michelle will go on to explain how we can alter the way we think in order to bring about positive change.
The sessions will continue once a month (usually on the third Wednesday of the month) at The Salus Sanctuary – until November (no session in August).
