The Birmingham Ranger Service lead a variety of walks and other activities in parks and outdoor spaces in Birmingham.
Click on Show Advanced Search and choose Ranger Event from the drop-down menu
Includes Talking Walks (a gentle stroll around the park looking at the changing seasons and chatting) and Walking Meditation (Introduction to walking meditation as a way to relax, meet people, enjoy the park and increase self- awareness. Involves silent walking, helpful literature and some discussion time)
